Mary Foley is a nationally recognized thought leader
for women in business. Fresh out of Virginia Tech college with her engineering degree, Mary started working at America Online
as an $8 an hour customer service rep.
Over 10 years at AOL, she survived six layoffs as
she climbed the corporate ladder to become a trainer, training manager, call center manager and then head of Corporate Training
for 12,000 employees.
During those years she learned that being bold, audacious,
courageous – bodacious – was the only way to thrive in today's business world!
When she bumped her head against the glass ceiling
at AOL, she left the Internet giant to return to school and earned a Masters in Organizational Development from Pepperdine
University.
Mary then started her company, Bodacious! Ventures
